We are very happy to have most fastest mode communication , news distribution but today its biggest height of stupidity.

Let me plot something " Latest trends in twitter and Facebook etc that Satya Nadella is whipping his hands after shaking hand with out beloved PM " and other one  is " Some Stupid media is circulating that Sundar Pitchai Father-in-Law second marriage"

Oh My God, this are only few of recent idiotic news. World is moving toward technology and so much is happening around us but we care about making simple and common behaviour as big publicity news to sell there news paper and increase TRP rate. Media Sucks

My question is " What it bother you if he marries a second marriage or he whips his hands" You published it for TRP even ur own relative, friends has done the same.

If you want to bring real things than publish your own family stories which will have better publicity.

I know media person are forced to do so for personal and news channel benefits. But Guyz there are so many things which common people doesnot understand and unware

You can bring notice what is needed

Now Question is What you can bring

1. Bring a Farmer Corner in Each day news paper and try to create awareness , help farmers to generate moneys in terms of donation

2.Write a cover story on Farmers Family

3.Still now many procedure to apply for certificate in government organization is not know to anyone  , you can write on it what all the documents needed

4. Job less people are so many, many Small and Medium Enterprises has huge Job vacancy but these company cannot publish things in newspaper due to high costing. Why cannot you charge low cost for SME Jobs so that many can be benefited

5. Plan a  column  for Kids with innovative things to learn which you parents can utilize to teach there Kids


I can List many more

Rather than bringing Cross Marriage relationship news, boy friend murder girl friend news, Political Dramas you can add these too.

Your Kids also watching what you are publishing, What your showing to world the same received to your Family too

Looking for Change

Passionate or Not Passionate About ?

When we ask any one "What is your passion"

Ans: I want to get good marks, get job and settle

Then I ask myself  " Is it a passion".  I thought may be are wrong.

Then I Tried the same question , I got many surprise answers. Most important was one said " My passion to marry a beautiful girl"
 Even , got more ridiculous answers too

So what is happening , why most of us not to much clear what we want and what we want it to be.
Where Exactly the Passion Comes from.

I think Passion is lacked due to current Education systems.

We study too much and lack in so much at the end no one knows why they have studied ?

What its going to benefit if we study these.

No one ask himself "What is the purpose of doing this (study/work)" We do because others do.

So this will make us a trained machine where we work on what we trained for rather than we don't think that we have potential using which we can create big impact to the society.

This lack in turn again impose on the society "We doesn't care about others , We don't appreciate others, We live a selfish life, We always compare with others, We don't help others etc"

We are in Race by seeing others, But we are never gona win since We run because others are running

Life long we will be running without a win

We never know if we had a passion to run we would won so earlier and happy for that too.

But as said in 3 idiots " Life is a Race"

But do not  Run without a Passion Towards it. Else we will keep on running without satisfaction

Workshop, Conference is for Certificate ?

Recently I have interviewed a students, who has come up with a resume and a big File. As usual i was asking about his personal details(to make him relax and comfortable). Then I have started question from his resume, his interest and also he brought his laptop to show his innovative things which he have done.
I was happy to see he has greater talent and potential in Photography too. Meanwhile he has given a huge file to see, i too opened it and checked the file. File is full of colourful certificate and was checking each and everyone , also i have asked when and how he got this certificate . He too told me background about each every certificate.

To my Surprise "He has certificate in Different dimension like C, C++, Java, Cloud, Big Data etc"

Finally i have asked a question "I have seen some creativity in your Laptop, but i have not seen a single certificate related to what you have done very good"

He smiled and answered " Sir, i got this certificate for participation and also there is no special motive to attend such workshop & Conference, some i attended for my friends , some i thought it would benefit me, but nothing helped me"

He also added" Sir at-least you have seen these certificate, most of the company never asked for such certificate they have asked only my resume  and technical question and but i used take all these certificate and he also told not only me every freshers used to have a file with collection of certificate( which doesn't benefit)

Then i asked myself what is the purpose of "Conference, Workshop or such events , is it really beneficial or  "
Is it only for certificate or People Dont Understand what is the purpose of the event

Students has no awareness whether to attend event or not, what will be the end results if we attend.
I think i should  create awareness  on it

Finally its only about "Certificate, get more and think as if you will get Job when a interviewee will see your certificate"
